You ride through rice fields and shrimp farms to Tra Que Vegetable Village, where the farmers hand you their traditional tools. Dig, sow, plant and harvest alongside them, and taste E water, a local speciality made from Tra Que herbs with a light medicinal flavour.

Then you pedal on through rice fields and small villages to a lantern-making workshop. Local craftsmen show you how the colourful lanterns are made, and you make one of your own to take home for your family.

    The tour starts at your hotel or a meeting point in Hoi An. Your guide welcomes you with a bicycle, and you cycle through rice fields and shrimp farms in the fresh countryside air.

    Relax and enjoy the peaceful rural life. Walk around the village and join local farmers in simple tasks – digging, sowing, planting and harvesting vegetables with traditional tools – and taste E water, a local speciality made from Tra Que herbs, with a light medicinal flavour.

  • The whole tour is by bicycle.
  • Small group of 2–12 guests (minimum 2 guests).
  • Children 1–4 travel free, sharing a seat and meals with their parents. Children 5–9 pay the child price (616,000 VND). From 10 years old: adult price (826,000 VND).
  • Prices don't apply on Vietnamese public holidays and Tet; surcharge 100,000 VND per person on 1/1, 30/4, 1/5 and 20–21/02/2026.
  • No departures 15–19/02/2026 (Tet).
  • Pick-up is free from hotels in Hoi An city and Da Nang city. Hotels in Thang Binh or Duy Xuyen district (e.g. Hoiana Resort, Bliss, Tui Blue) and other areas pay a transfer surcharge, quoted on request.
