Cam Thanh Cooking Class & My Son Sanctuary Full Day Tour

  • Hoi An
  • Excursion d'une journée
  • Petit groupe
  • Prise en charge à l'hôtel

Shop a local market with a chef, ride a basket boat through the Cam Thanh coconut forest and cook your own Vietnamese lunch, then explore UNESCO-listed My Son Sanctuary and return to Hoi An by boat at sunset.

This day starts where Vietnamese cooking starts: at the market. With the chef beside you, you meet the vendors, pick out the ingredients and learn what they're for.

In Cam Thanh a bamboo basket boat carries you through the coconut forest, with a basket boat performance along the way, before a welcome drink and the cooking class itself. You prepare several local dishes and then eat what you've made.

In the afternoon the story turns to the kingdom of Champa. At My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site, you walk among centuries-old temples and watch an Apsara dance, and the day ends with a sunset boat ride down the Thu Bon River to Hoi An, banh mi on board.
