Two UNESCO sites in one day from Hoi An: My Son's Champa temples and Apsara dance in the morning, lunch at a local house and a Thu Bon River boat, a break, then Hoi An Old Town, dinner and a flower lantern boat ride.

Hoi An is surrounded by history, and this day takes in its two great World Heritage Sites with a pause in between. The morning is spent at My Son Sanctuary with a local English-speaking guide, among centuries-old Champa temples and a traditional Apsara dance. Lunch is at a local house, then a boat brings you back along the Thu Bon River.

After about an hour's rest – at your hotel or a café near the old town – you set out again for Hoi An Ancient Town: the arts performance, Tan Ky House, the Cantonese Assembly Hall, the Japanese Covered Bridge and the night market. Dinner is a set menu of Hoi An specialties, and the night ends with a flower lantern on the Hoai River.
