    The capital

    Day 1: Hanoi city tour – half day

    Arrive in Hanoi, check in to your Old Quarter hotel and join a half-day guided tour of the city's main sights.

    Ha Long Bay on land

    Day 2: Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu, Trang An and Mua Cave

    A full day in Ninh Binh: the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, a boat trip through the caves of Trang An and the climb to the top of Mua Cave.

    Day 3 · On the bay

    Days 3–5: Ha Long Bay – 3 days 2 nights on Starlight Cruise

    Transfer to Ha Long Bay for 3 days 2 nights on Starlight Cruise.

    Departure: transfer to the airport
