If you'd like My Son and the coconut jungle without a late night, this is the day. The morning is spent among the Champa temples of My Son Sanctuary with a local English-speaking guide, ending with a traditional Apsara dance, then you make rice paper and sit down to lunch with cold herbal tea at village houses.

A boat carries you back along the Thu Bon River to Hoi An, and from there it's a short hop to Cam Thanh for a basket-boat ride through the coconut forest and a lively basket-boat performance. You're back at your hotel in the afternoon with the evening free.
