La Casta Regal Cruise 2 Days 1 Night: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay

A night on La Casta Regal, a 24-suite ship where every cabin has a balcony. Kayak or swim at Ba Trai Dao, a sunset party on the sundeck, and Tra Bau in the morning.

La Casta Regal is the sister ship of La Casta, with 24 suites of at least 28 m², each with a private balcony and a sea view. Connecting suites make it a good choice for families and groups. On board are a restaurant, a bar, a spa and an outdoor jacuzzi.

From Tuan Chau the ship sails through Ha Long Bay into Lan Ha Bay. In the afternoon you kayak or swim at Ba Trai Dao, then join the sunset party and a cooking class before dinner. In the morning, after Tai Chi and breakfast, you kayak or swim at Tra Bau, where Kong: Skull Island was filmed.

    Day 1: Tuan Chau – Lan Ha Bay – Ba Trai Dao

    Sun loungers on the sundeck

    07:45–08:15: pick-up in Hanoi's Old Quarter if you book the transfer.

    11:30: welcome at the La Casta lounge, Station 17, Tuan Chau; a speedboat takes you to the ship in about 25 minutes.

    12:00: welcome drink, briefing and cabin check-in.

    13:00: lunch as the ship sails for Lan Ha Bay.

    15:45: Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) and its lagoon: kayak, swim or explore. In bad weather the ship goes to the Light Cave instead.

    17:30–18:30: sunset party and happy hour on the sundeck.

    18:00: cooking class with the chef.

    19:30: seafood and Vietnamese dinner.

    21:00: squid fishing or karaoke.

    Day 2: Tra Bau – Tuan Chau

    08:00: Tra Bau, where Kong: Skull Island was filmed: kayak or swim.

    09:30: check out.

    10:30: brunch.

    11:30: disembark at Tuan Chau.
