The One Island Escape 2 Days 1 Night – Private Island near Cat Ba & Lan Ha Bay

Our guide and bus collect you from your hotel and drive on the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway and the Got ferry to Tran Chau harbour on Cat Ba Island.

Tran Chau is a working fishing port and storm shelter. Then a private boat to The One Island Escape for a welcome drink and a briefing from the island manager. Travelling independently? Be at Tran Chau harbour before 11:30.

Lunch of local seafood dishes, then collect your room key.

Drinks at the outdoor bar, a walk on the beach, billiards, beach volleyball or a rest in your room.

A 10-minute boat ride to the cave entrance and a short climb to the top of a cavern shaped by the sea over millions of years. Not possible on high-tide days.

A 45–60 minute trek with island staff through primeval forest to the Freedom rock cliffs, then swimming, kayaking or volleyball. Bring sports shoes and mosquito spray.

Drinks and fresh fruit with music at sunset, then dinner on the beach under the lights.

Buy two drinks, get one free at the bar, plus music, billiards, table tennis and a walk on the beach. Sleep to the sound of the waves.

Watch the sunrise, then a combined breakfast and lunch buffet.

Check out and settle any extras at the bar. The private boat takes you back to Tran Chau harbour at 11:00, and the bus drops you at your Old Quarter hotel around 15:30.
